Tayleigh

Today I got the chance to take this beautiful little girl's pictures. I happened to be in Seward, Nebraska and did these for close family friends of mine. Tayleigh has such a cute personality. I believe if everyone smiled and laughed like she does, the world would be a much better place. We played with her in the yard and I couldn't get enough of her giggles. I think these pictures really capture her personality perfectly. Enjoy!

The one above is my favorite one of the day.

That one was my second favorite.

I just couldn't get enough.

Stella and Reed

I was given the chance to photograph a good family friend of mine's little cuties. They were a lot of fun to photograph. Stella gave me a run for my money. She'd turn her face every time she saw the camera and would run away and laugh, knowing I couldn't get a shot of her. It was quite the challenge, but I think I got a few keepers.

This is quite possibly one of my favorite pictures. We kept telling her, "Stella, sniff the flowers!" and this is what I got!

And then she was done and ran off to the next thing on her mind.

Like playing with dirt.

For this shot, Kyle was pretending to bounce a basketball off my head just to get her to look and me. Of course the thought of my head being pounded on by basketball made her laugh. Awesome.

She has such a sweet little face.

Now this guy has a very special place in my heart. I was there at the hospital the day he was born, on an Easter Sunday eight years ago. I danced with him at my wedding and he used to call me "his buddy." He has the sweetest heart and his smile can make the grumpiest person's heart melt. I hope some day to raise a boy just like him. His smile will explain the rest.

He is so good to his little sister, even after he tackles her on the trampoline.

Stella kept saying "NO SIT!" But Reed just kept on holding her and tickling her to get her to smile.

Thanks for letting me capture some memories for you Kyle. I hope you enjoy them.

Jim and Meredith

It was very interesting how I ended up shooting this wedding. I met Meredith's mom and dad in an airport. They found out I was a photographer and asked to see my work. A few months later I was booked for Meredith and Jim's wedding. Meredith was a very beautiful bride. Her dress was gorgeous. Jim was also great and fun to photograph. Meredith didn't get bridal portraits done before hand, so we took some time before the ceremony to get those done. These are just a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

This was how the grandparents got around. I think they had a litle too much fun with it!

You may kiss the bride.

They are a very happy couple together. It's fun watching them interact and be in each other's arms. They really love each other.

And then they ate cake.

I wish you God's richest blessings. Enjoy starting your new life together. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your special day!

Scott and Sarah Are Hitched!

Oh man! This was a fun wedding. It definitely was unlike one I have ever attended. Sarah is such a fun, unique, happy-go-lucky person. I'm so glad to be able to call her my friend. Even though it was rainy and gloomy outside, it definitely was not seen through Sarah and Scott. They are such a happy couple and their happiness shines through those smiles that are always on their faces. Thanks you for letting me be a p art of your day Scott and Sarah! God's richest blessings to you!

I would say more than half the people needed this tow truck to get them out of the mud so they could leave. It was a good thing everyone was a good sport about it. It definitely gives a good story to tell!
